yes i do love borders... well actually i love bookstores used bookstores are even better but i have not found one in this city of ours.. there is a great one in san fran. i think i spent close to 2 hours today at borders.. they have tons of graphic design books that are great...i need inspiration and i usually think of going to the city when i need inspiration.. but this is a wonderful place.. i had fun sitting there by myself looking at advertisement books (weird) i was needing to do homework and i thought that i was taking a "break" in otherwards slacking..but it really helped me so much with my homework. i wanted to buy so many books but they are really expensive i did get one.. 2 color graphics..its neat..i like it.
then after spending most my time in that section i headed to the "religion" section.. i wanted to get another c.s. lewis book the great divorce, loisa recommended it to me, when i used to live with her (sigh) as she told me about it made her so excited.. so i am also very excited. then i heard about the book ruthless trust by brennan manning and since i love him (ragamuffin gospel..which was also recommended by loisa) and the whole ruthless trust thing ... is something that i struggle with i figured i should give it a try which i know i will like it but i have a feeling its not going to be an easy read... i hope that it challenges me..even though i might be a little scared of that.
then i got the visual edition of ragamuffin gospel which is inspiration..and if you are at a bookstore soon you should take a look at it...it's reallly awesome!
that is it for this sunday..which suprisingly wasnt too bad.. and all i did was homework. i am a bit sad that i had to deny going to the fair and also hanging out with friends..but i enjoyed today.
