so my first class of the last quarter... is leaving with so much excitement and optimism.
if you've talked to me about graphic design.. im sure there is always an "ugh" somewhere in the conversation.
i get frustrated.. may be bc i know how much an influence it has.. it has a great opportunity to inspire and create change.

that quote was given to the class.. and was asked how it relates to graphic design.
it relates in so many different aspects.. i think it is important that we know we are effecting the shirt either adding or subtracting.

im pleased about graphic design.. i think what im looking for is depth and a way that i can bring compassion into and through my work.

Making art is so difficult being that its commercial use is generally used for materialism and vanity. I've been struggling with that a lot recently. I want to make art. I want to to have positive effects.
Anyway, thought I'd say, I agree.
